Welcome to Horizon
Horizon Campus, based at Ponders End and St Mary’s, is a welcoming and supportive place for young people aged 16 to 25 with an Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plan as they prepare for life beyond school.
We believe in every learner’s potential and encourage them to dream big and set ambitous goals as part of our #NoLimits vision. Our dedicated team helps students develop their strengths, explore their interests, and take the next steps towards further education or employment as they move into adulthood.
Whether studying at Horizon Sixth, our two-year sixth form, or gaining work experience through Horizon Works, our employability programme, we’re here to support every step of the way.
