We are aware that those parents whose children are entitled to Free School Meals are still waiting for the voucher scheme to kick in. As we mentioned before, the DfE website is not coping with the level of use. Some schools, who had the information earlier have been able to order their vouchers before the site was overwhelmed. Sadly, West Lea was not one of those schools and we have been attempting every day, including weekends, to get this up and running for you. When you do finally receive the vouchers they will be backdated. In the meantime, if you are in desperate need, please contact the school as we may be able to point you in the direction of Food Banks or other help or do look at:
