Learning For Life Supported Interns

Wiltshire, Piper & Hawking classes will continue to access their core day lessons led by subject teachers (English, Maths & Work/Life skills) once a week online on their usual class day. Interns who are not able to return to their work placement will also have access to additional online sessions a further 3 days a week revising some of the skills they have covered previously as well as focusing on particular skills gaps and work skills linked to their work placements. These additional sessions will involve coming together with other interns and staff twice a day (once in the morning for an introduction to each topic/task and once in the afternoon to review the days learning). Staff will be available to contact throughout the school day via Teams by interns requiring support.
