Building independence
We believe in a world where everyone can flourish, which means that:
- Where possible, we aim for learners to live and work independently
- We’re committed to breaking down any barriers that might stand in their way
In line with our values – Learning for Life, Community, Inclusion, Innovation and Kindness – we make the most of every opportunity to help learners build independence.
This is a core focus of every activity, every day, whether learners are in lessons or clubs, on trips or residentials, or enjoying work experience or travel training.
Work Experience
Learners in years 10 and 11 and post 16 gain valuable work experience with our numerous employer partners.
